30-Day Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have ordered a part in error or no longer require it, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Restocking: Please note that items returned due to buyer error (e.g., ordering the wrong part number without checking) may be subject to a restocking fee.
Compatibility Checks: We strongly recommend checking the exact Part Number (DP/N, FRU) on your original item before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchase.
12-Month Warranty All our refurbishment spares come with a 12-month warranty against defects. If a part develops a fault within this period, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
